I'm a marine from the great state of Florida and I'm stationed out here in beautiful Southern California. Been around smoking all my life and I haven't been able to do it living in the barracks for 3 years. But recently got married and one of my first big purchases of course was a new smoker. I got a vertical brinkmann trailmaster. Did a few mods to it and cured it, finally this weekend I'm gonna really break it in, gonna do 2 brisket flats and 2 pork butts and possibly some ribs for some of my marines. Very excited to be back in the game. Any other smokers located in socal?
