Hello,

New guy here and to smoking. I live in Indiana. I have been wanting a smoker for years and finally got one today, starting cheap until I learn the art, got a Charbroil offset smoker, the small cheap one. I've been grilling with gas for many years. I will need a few tips to get me started and I have read plenty of good ones here already
