Hey all well new user here, not totally new to smoking though.  Had our Louisanna Country Smoker for almost 2 1/2 years now. I get a lot of use out of it year round.  Love smoking Ribs, both Babyback and St. Louis, Pulled pork,  Brisket, Turkey, Chicken, Prime Rib.   As well as a few take and bake pizzas.  Always looking to learn and share and try new ideas.

Since you've got to have pics... here's a few from my last pulled pork!

Steve

Couple of my pork butts after spending a couple days in a brine bath.

Few hours on the smoker, I tend to do a lot of midnight cooks

End result, over 5lbs of shredded pork. Spent 3 hours on smoke, then 8 hours about 250.
