Hey everyone, new to the forum from West Virginia, been lurking for a few weeks, and looking forward to learning a lot about smoking. I started smoking meats about a year ago and I have smoked cheese a few times. I currently use a Char-broil horizontal smoker (below) and I want to build a cold smoker in the next few weeks. I also just purchased an A-MAZE-N-SMOKER that I can't wait to put to use.
