Recently bought a Masterbuilt 30 electric smoker looking for a new-and better- way to prepare the venison I usually have an abundance of. Been lurking on the forum for a few days and am encouraged by the wealth of knowledge and experience that resides here so I figured I might as well join. I am a rank amateur ( my attempt at snack sticks over the weekend proved that) at smoking so have little to add but a lot to learn. Looking forward to ya'll helping me shorten the learning curve. John
