New Guy From the Sunshine State

Hello to all. I am Bill from Orlando, Florida. I have been messing around with smoking for a few years and like many of y'all I joined in the Black Friday madness and bought a new Masterbuilt 30" smoker at Bass Pro Shop. I get to open it on Christmas so I can't wait !!! In preparation I also bought Jeff's recipes and a smoker from Todd. Super service from both these guys. I have learned a lot in the last few days here and I look forward to cooking and meeting some of y'all !! I'm 59 years old and a Florida boy. Married for 36 years, two grown children and I'm loving life.
