new to smoking and really excited to pick all you folks brains! I live in the high country of Colorado, love to hunt and fish and ski and drink beer! I have always liked smoking things since I watched my grandpa as a young pup and now I decided to bring it to a new level for me. I'm currently building a smokehouse out of some Pennsylvania Ash wood my father gave me and will be buying a meat grinder, sausage stuff, slicer, vacuum sealer and other meat processing products! I'm not rich but I'm dumping all my funds into this for the time being. My roots are Pennsylvania Dutch and want to get into curing Lebanon Bologna! I also want to do salmon candy, elk sausage, and other sausages with cheese in them! I hope to meat some good folks on here and share all my progress!
