just wanted to drop a line saying hi, and i have been reading a few posts on here for the past couple days, tons of awesome information, from what ive seen and read so far. I myself have been on a smoking craze for the past couple months, ive smoked a few things here and there in the past, but i think the lack of good bbq spots here in OKC made me get off my a$$ and do something about the bbq epidemic happening here(never again will i pay $6 for a dry,as my homestate of Az, brisket sandwich. or an even drier pulled pork sandwich..) lol.
i actually think im driving my wife insane with all the smoking ive been doing lately...its almost a everyother day thing if not all weekend long.. briskets, butts, and whole chickens and of course ribs ribs ribs, short ribs, baby backs, spares. you name it, ive probably got it in the freezer awaiting its date with destiny....lol.
ive got a few pics of my latest and greatest, im sure ill be posting and snooping around and reading up of course on more techniques and other good stuff. well thats my intro..lol.
