I got my first smoker this summer and have been smoking briskest, pork shoulders, some turkey breast, and some whole chickens. I bought a Charbroil CB600X vertical propane smoker. So far everything I have made has been delicious but have had some trouble getting the smoker to act the way I want it to. I have a post in the general discussion regarding my issues.
