Hi all, I am new to the forum & just got my first pellet smoker. Grilla Grills Silverbac. Thing is built like a tank and in my opinion the best bang for your buck out there. Yesterday I smoked for the first time. A 3.5lb. Brisket & 2 racks of Baby Backs. I read a lot and also watched a lot of videos and they both came out pretty dam good. I am looking forward to learning a lot about smoking and great BBQ.from all you guys and gals.
