I am kinda new to smoking meats. I have dabbled a little but want to get more into it! I have a small weber now the smoky joe and i would like to get a little bit bigger uint.
Also a new guy out in minnesota. I've been following the ECB mods on my char-broil charcoal smoker to get some ribs done. Looking forward to spring and better weather for smoking meats!
