I have utilized different forums before and mainly just long enough to get what I wanted and that's all. This forum is different. This forum is very cool! I can tell there are a lot of people that really do desire to help one another become better smokers, butchers, meat men etc. I'm here to stay.

I have been smoking mainly venison and sausages for the past twenty years. Nothing too extravagant. I lived in Hungary for ten years and spent some time learning in the old country. I now own some longhorns and hope to maybe raise a few hogs this year too.

Currently building a combo heat and or cold smoker attached to my outdoor woodstove.

Thanks for the forum

Brad

Yes, we do have a cool Site , but it's not just cool , we have more info. than you can imagine. I've found other sites are snobbish , self involved and will not share.

Don't be shy and post any time ( newbies usually have their post read before putting it on the site for others to see, that's to keep Spam out).

We have sections for most everything you want , search our forums in the box above this page. Input anything that you like and join in on our discussions.

Have a great Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas , and as always . ..
