Hello, New guy here from Indiana. I got a used Masterbuilt smoker this summer and have been trying my hand at smoking. It has been phun, I found your site looking for a Triple D recipe, then found the PID upgrade for the MES. Looking forward to learning and stealing (LOL) from you guys!
