Howdy,
My name is Gerry from Northern Colorado, 60 miles from the Wyoming border. I'm an old 72 year old coot who is pretty new to the smoker world.
I have a Traeger that I have used 4 times. I've had some success with a whole chicken, baby back ribs, beef back ribs, smoked/baked potatoes, aspargus so far.
I have read a few of the posts and have found them very helpful so I thought it would be helpful to join which I fully believe it will be.
