Hello all, here to take advantage of all your knowledge and hopefully get to your level in smokin. We grill or smoke atleast 4 times a week here, 3 kids and wife love it as much as i do. Right now im set up with couple webers and Brinkman pitmaster, cheapy but it works for time being. Right now im basicly tryin to learn how to get what ou guys call Bark on my pork ribs by smoking only, i havent mastered that. Thanks for havin me here!

Sounds like you have a bit of experience in smoking foods! I haven't done ribs yet without foiling to get the  amazing bark, but it's on the to do list. I don't foil my pork butts or brisket any longer and barely trim the fat cap and the bark is absolute heaven.
 
If i have any knowledge to share its because you by chance didnt see the thread posted somewhere here on this forum that i did HA. I know enough to fool rookie eaters into thinkin i can grill and smoke thats about it.
 
I have already got a new recipe for chicken im smokin tommorow and for the ribs Fri. This place is great!
