Hello all,
I am very new to smoking. I have a texas new braunfels offset smoker which was passed down to me in 2011 from my father in law. Vut I never really used it for smoking. The fire box has no grill plates or charcoal pan or basket just an empty fire box. I have only used the cooking chamber for bbq no smoking. Any suggestions before I endeavor into the smoking world???
