I've been smoking for about 2 years. Still have tons to learn. I recently built a MIZZOU themed UDS, and I'm really enjoying it. In the future did like to get a Backwoods or a Stumps.
I am a large animal veterinarian, in Southwest MO, and I'm passionate about cattle production and medicine (keeping that quality beef coming).
