New from the Maryland Eastern Shore

Been lurking around for a while and decided to join. Have had an abundance of bluefish lately and have been smoking up a pile of them. . I have to say they are one of my favorite fish for smoking and don't deserve their foul reputation. My smoked bluefish dip/spread is always a big hit at tailgating and at Thanksgiving. Love the site and hope to be a regular contributor. Always looking for fishing and hunting buddies in the Maryland area as well.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions Post it
and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is because their
are so many different ways to make great Q We all have our own taste.

Welcome to the forums!  You've found the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks here who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
