How we doing? Scott here , just figured I'd check in. I've wore out several smokers over my lifetime, not sure how good I ever got though, so I'm looking to learn.
Just picked up a Old Country BBQ Pits Over and Under Smoker today, ready to season it and get it ready to play! Got some pigs out in my woods just dyeing for a new home!  ;-)

Welcome from the upstate, Scott. It's really good to have you here on this great site. All of the fine folks here are eager to help, so ask away.

Gongrats on the new smoker. What part of SC are you from?
