    I joined thi Smokingmeatforums today. I am mostly interested in hot smoking mackerel in the Summer months and cold smoking red meat. I have produced my cold smoker which I will post some details on later. The hot smoker I use is a cheap one I purchased from a hardware store. I am interested in salting, curing, brining so I look forward to sharing knowledge with you people here.
