I'm new here been sorta stalking for a little bit, but when I was looking for a wing marinade and stumbled upon scarbelly wings I decided to join.
just been smoking for a couple of years but really got into it this last year.
I got a
Weber Kettle (but now I want a 22")
Oklahoma Joe off-set
Green Mountain Daniel Boone pellet smoker.
The pellet smoker has really made it so I keep smoking in the winter since I can worry less about keeping temp, but plan to use my offset more during the spring - fall times.
