Like the title says. I'm new here. Live in central MN. Just picked up a gmg Daniel Boone. First smoke/grill will be next Saturday. Starting out easy with a beef roast marinated in Italian dressing.

Started my roast at eleven am and smoked to 160 degrees. 6 hours. It was amazing. The wife didn't even want a side dish.
