Hello all. Smoking amatuer here from Southern Michigan. I have an electric water smoker and been doing turkey for a lot of years. I am looking to expand into pork and cheese :).  Picked up a 5 lb pork blade roast today and some hickory and cherry wood chips.

Thanks for the welcome!

Here's my last turkey done in my Meco electric water smoker. Filled the water pan with hot water, a bottle of white wine, and fresh rosemary. Used mesquite chunks as that was all I had. Fourteen pounds, took about 10 hours. :)
