[Smoky Momo BBQ]

My name is Jack. I have been following this site for awhile and decided to finally join. I have been smoking and grilling for a couple years. Still learning. Starting to get a little deeper into it and trying new things, bacon, lunch meat, sausage. I currently have a Triton grill with a small smoker and an Old Country Pecos, slicer and a grinder. Looking forward to making some posts.
