Hey all. I'm new to the smoker world. Have done a ton of grilling around the world though. I'm excited to get started in smoking. I bought a 40" master forge electric. I'm still not sure it was a good choice but will give it a run. I purchased the extended warranty to go with it. I look forward to learning and sharing with everyone. Thanks for all the knowledge so far. Rick

A big welcome to you , Rick . . .

Welcome from Cincinnati. I just joined yesterday.

Try and stay warm tonight and tomorrow. I had a good smoke yesterday. Tomorrow's temperatures will keep me inside eating what I cooked yesterday.

Thanks Hickorybutt. It will be chilly out. This is probably not the best time of the year to dive into smoking. But oh well. Stay warm and thanks for the welcome. Welcome to you as well.

Hello and welcome from East Texas. This is a great site, lots of information and great people that are willing to throw in their two cents worth on about anything.
