Hi everyone. I am so excited to be here. I am an avid barbecuer. In fact, I cook most of my meats outdoors. I don’t like fried food and I don’t like broiled meats. I’ve had an Oklahoma Joe for the last five years but I’ve never used the smoker on it. I will admit I’ve been a cheater using liquid smokes. recently I was invited to a friends house for barbecue. they had a Traeger. I decided it’s time to learn how to really smoke . I bought my Traeger yesterday and thought I’d look online to get recommendations on how to start my new smoking experience. It looks like this is the best place to learn. Thank you for all of your help and recommendations
