Just got my smoker and have the next six weeks to perfect some smoking techniques. Convinced the wife that a smoker is the perfect toy for me to tinker with while i'm on paternity leave with my little one. Excited to learn from you SMF veterans.

I have a masterbuilt dual smoker, switched out the wood chip pan for a cast iron one.
