I was ordering some rubs from ATBBQ online since they have several I like and can order all at once to save on shipping costs and have competitive prices. Went to check out and was about to finish when I noticed they automatically added a fee to cover returns. It wasn't an insignificant amount, about $3.50 or 10% of my order for 3 different rubs and was not something you are given the chance to opt in to. It took me a bit to figure out how to remove it as it wasn't listed in my cart of items for review and didnt show up until when I went to the shipping and payment screen which you usually dont re-review the list of items and wasn't listed as a shipping cost. It added a line to your cart list of items above the shipping and taxes so you wouldnt see it. It was totally by chance that I glanced back at it. So, just beware another way to rip off valued customers. Not sure if I will go back because of it which is too bad because I think they have a great site for bbq equipment. They should be ashamed.
