I ordered a new reverse flow smoker a while back from Glenn Nolen from Glenn’s Smokers. I wanted something a bit larger than what I saw him advertising in a patio model so I asked about building a 60” x 30” smoker for me. He was great to work with, kept me in the loop and sent pictures along the way. Glenn made some custom changes for me as well which I really appreciated. My buddy and I made the long trip from Hamburg, PA to Farmington, AR back in late July. Glenn is a super nice person and was very very friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to order another smoker from him or recommend him to someone looking for a well built rig.

The maiden voyage consisted of 24# of brisket, 18# of pork butt and 6 racks of St. Louis ribs for a birthday party. The smoker cooked like a dream! Held temps for a good 40-45 minutes before adding an extra split. I had to battle some heavy rains throughout the 14 hour cook but it didn’t skip a beat! I love this new rig and have lots of plans for it!

Here are a few pics:

It was pretty easy! Glenn has a motorized hoist that lifted the smoker off the ground so we could back the trailer right under it. It also came off the trailer without issue. Backed right up to the garage door and rolled it straight into the garage.

Looks very nice. How was it to load unload on the trailer
