I've been lurking for quite awhile now. Bought time I said hi. So here it is, HI all. This site is great with all the info I've learned from it. I have made sausage, and smoked just about everything meat related. I currently have a propane Master Forge smoker. Works great. At this moment I'm smoking a pork belly with a sweet and spicy rub. Talk about pork candy, WOW. Anyways, keep up the good work guys and gals. Mark.
