Thank you for adding me hope I can learn some things and maybe share some . I live in the Texas panhandle , I have 3 different smkrs I use , actually joining hoping to maybe get help and ideas on building a smokehouse in backyard. I smoke alot of meat and everyone loves it and says I should do something like cater sale something so I figured build smoke house in backyard would get me started , I know I can build 1 cheaper and faster than a big smoker on a trailer. Looking forward to sharing lots of info.
