Neighbor just dropped off some back fat

My neighbor works at the meat processing plant down the road. This week they been doing pigs. Some people don't want the fat and he knows I will take as much as he can bring me. Today he gifted me three good size bags. I should be good for some time I think.

Sweet!!! When I try to get pork fat at local market, they just have scraps.
Lot of meat in it. Makes it impossible to measure fat weight.
