Hello fellow folks of the smoke! With help here I've become a passable smoker of wonderful meats such as pork loin, butts, and beef roasts. I could NOT have done what I've done without your all's help and I've recommended this fine forum to others often.
I've heavily modified my affordable OK Joe Highland into a tool I can use and am proud of. BUT, and I've posted this before, I won't use it as a charcoal grill. It's my dedicated tool. I want a kettle style charcoal grill for pork steaks, burger and sausages. The Weber Classic 22 inch premium comes to mind but at $150 I'm wondering about a less expensive, comparable quality brand and model.
I hope to learn of one with the porceline (spelling?) coated metal body instead of paint, the dust capture pot underneath and the hinged grill grid.
Is there another brand folks can suggest I study please? Thanks as always. Don.
