Need to sleep

I have a 13lb turkey in my MES 30-Its been smoking for 5 hours. Can I sleep for 7 hours?

Even at 225, I can't imagine a 13 pound bird taking more than 7 hours to get to 165. So I would say stay up and you will be reheating unless that is a Thanksgiving BREAKFAST bird...JJ

I foresee how the two extra hours would have been full of dreams. I have something to add here, my friend is a vegan and once had a dream where he was eating meat.
