Need to seal new Oaklahoma Joe's Bandera

I have been reading your forum. Looks like I want to use lavalock rtv 650 red & lavalock 1/2" × 1/8"×15' nomex gasket. How much do I need? Is 1 roll & 2- 3oz tubes going to be enough? Am I looking at the right stuff?

I ordered a week ago, it should be here by Thursday. I wanted to have all the seals. I need to season it also. I have 3 spiral hams. Looks like one more has to go through my barrel smoker.
