i am building a smoker out of antique fridge and i am having a hard time making a with what kind of heating element to use . i bought a digital thermostat that will control the heat but when i look at heating elements the reviews are not very convincing . so i came here to talk to the experts lol . i want to run 110 watts just not sure which one will do the job

If your box is still insulated the brinkman 1500 watt element may do the job. It's about as big as you can go with 110.

thanks that was one of the ones i had been looking at . Just needed to hear it from other people that know what they are doing
