I will admit that I am a beer brewer, and this seems like the best place for help.  My temp controller is setup for testing with a SSR controlling a lamp, but the output led on the PID flashes continuously. This flashes the lamp via the SSR. The temp probe works fine too, so wiring seems OK. I may have messed up a setting trying to change from C-F.

If I wanted to maintain a temp. of 156F, and never allow more than 3F above or below that, what would the settings be for alm1 and alm2?
