random turkey neck smoke? or are there bigger plans for that neck?

that was the day i smoked the 22# turkey....then fallowed it up with the corn abt's and fido needed a neck....Food saftey for fido too!

No probe..I took it out when I foiled. My instant read has it about 190. It's just in foil and broth braising right now
