No sear this time, I was putting my son to bed and they got done too quick.

They have a slight smoke ring.

Very good burger.

Lol... Congrats on the first drum run. Burgers go quick, you'll getter figured out. Look forward to the chicken q view! Install one more ball valve and you're good.
