My Turn Butt Pellet Pooper Style

Made up a home made rub for the butt tomorrow.

Going on the pellet pooper with a blend of hickory, pecan and a handful of mesquite.

Butt patted down with rub.
(Dont rub the dry in, it will ball up and fall off) Pat it in all sides. Pellet pooper evening out to 225* Almost time.

Foiled and rested for an hour then hand pulled (shredded)

@warren. We are bringing spaghetti pizza and some dry salami. The spaghetti pizza is not round like a pie, its something my Amish wife ate as a kid in PA.
