My second smoke in my new MES

I just smoked a 3 lb brisket, 3 racks of baby back ribs, and a 5 lb pork loin all at once in 6 hours in my MES 40 BT with my AMPS. Everyone said it was all fantastic.:yahoo::yahoo:

The only pic I got was while smoking. My 20 guests started into fixing their plates before I got any pics sittin out on the table.
