Bobby, the pork looks awsome! I had a question about the cobbler...I went home and made some because it looked so good...but my finished product did not look like yours. Mine was more like a cake, it did not have any...I don't know what you call it...Juice I guess? It tasted great, but just was like a cake rather than cobbler. Any ideas on what went wrong? It was a bit more brown on top too, maybe I cooked it too long?
