This smoker seen below was my 2nd one I built. My first build was a quick one, a two stainless beer keg offset. This 2nd build took me a lot longer because I wanted it looking nice. I only have 4 cooks under my belt, 2 on this one below and 2 on my beer keg smoker.
I took two 60g propane tanks and cut the ends off them so i could weld them together. It gave me a 5 foot long, 24" diameter cooking chamber. The fire box is 24"×24" in size. I used our old wood stove we had in one of our homes over 40 years ago. So this cooker has some sentimental value to me.
