My New Toy !

Well I tried building a sausage stuffer ( it actually worked ) but was slow and too much blow by the piston seal ... so I broke down and ordered the 30 lb verticle unit with electric motor from Cabalas and I'm glad I did ..

very good value for the price range and will suit me nicely .... here's some pics ,can't wait to give it a try !!

Okay gang .... should be doing a good size batch in the next week for sure .... man oh man I can't wait to try this bad rabbit out .... I'll let ya all know how it performs ... if it werks 1/2 as good as it looks , I'll be happy
