So I found this site that has powdered everything
I decided to spend a few bucks and play mad scientist...
I part powered wortershire
1 part powered tomato
I part powered mustard
1 part red pepper
Some coriander
Some paprika
Some chili powder
It pretty darn good!!
When I use it on ribs I add some powered honey!!!
Talk about sweet heat!!!

Be careful with the Tomato Powder. That stuff sucks moisture through the lid and sets up tougher than Concrete! Had to toss a 1 month old jar...JJ
