I don't know what it is, If there is a football game on I NEED to have spareribs in the smoker and a beer in hand. All my teams (The Buckeyes and possibly the Bengals if I can forgive them) are done for the year but I can't bring myself to stop smoking ribs on saturday and even somtimes on sunday again. Oh well, the ribs should be done by halftime and the beer is cold

I have done ribs(spares BB's, or beef) pretty much every weekend since Mach of last year... got a monster slab of bb's on now, spares last week, and bb's the week before..

You can always find some excuse to make ribs even if there aren't any sports on. haha

Ribs definately a must. My wife would eat them everyday if I fired them up. My fav to.
