Hello I'm usually using electric smokers but my good neighbor and bud told me about uds. I could not believe how good they worked and how little charcoal they use. So i built one and here it is...This is my first uds , I  think I will be building a few more..

i used a 22 .5 charcoal grill lid, not a Weber but similar type and welded it to the lid of the 55 gallon i left the original lid intake . just mounted to it..
