Hello all!  Trying my hand at making Pepper Beef Stout for the first time on the little Weber Kettle.  Recipe courtesy of The Wolfe Pit YouTube channel (vid below).

Letting her go till she reaches 165 F internal temp.  Apple wood for smoke, minion method for heat.  Pre-salted her with coarse Kosher salt and course ground pepper yesterday.  This morning, I added some granulated garlic powder, cumin, and coriander.  Will post more pics as the cook chugs along.
