How are you going to finish this?  Like the outside surface.  Polish or light sand.

I think light polish blin bling , after acidpasta (dont now how it translate to english) on the weldinseams. We sandblast at my work and its look not god after a several month (my opinion) The surface will by dry and all fat came to be spots.

I wouldn't think sand blast would look very good.  Does the acid dull the current finish some?

If the acid does what it did to the fuel tanks on my semi Please dont do it !!!

IT will turn it a dull white
It's stainless it wont be hard to keep clean with stainless polish

Welcome Flua, glad to have you aboard. Thats a really nice looking fish in your avatar.

Like everyone else here has said that is an awesome looking shop with some incredible tools which I am sure helps. Always good to work with the right tools but you my friend are an excellent craftsman, the tools don't work by themselves. I can't wait to see the smoker finished and you smoking some killer food, maybe some fish!
