My First Smoke

  5. Thanks! I brined it for about 12 hr and then rubbed it with Simon & Garfunkel seasoning (Googled the recipe) and then inserted some Blue Moon beer. Smoked it for about 4 hr with apple wood.

    Intresting? Do you think the Zinc in the Galvinizing effects the food?
     
  7. Since I stopped taking my vitamins I reckon the zinc helps. 

    Just kidding all, I burnt off all the zinc before smoking.
